Features
Exit sign construction is of high-strength cast aluminum in a choice of textured white, white with brushed face, black or black with brushed face finish. Exit legend consists of 6" high letters with 3/4" stroke and break-out chevron type directional arrows. Exit sign design allows universal 120/277VAC, 60 Hz operation. Normal illumination is provided by 4 red or green high-output LEDs consuming less than 1 watt. Normal LED lamp life is in excess of 20 years. Exit letters exceed the lumen output and illumination uniformity required by UL specifications. Exits can be ordered in single or double face versions and are provided with all necessary components for wall, ceiling or end mounting applications. Mounting canopies are provided with all models and are of identical construction and color to match the exit frame. Exits are designed to mount to standard 31/2" or 4" electrical boxes or plaster rings. Emergency exit models provide a factory-installed fully-automatic emergency operation module with long-life Nickel-Cadmium battery. A manual test switch and AC indicator light are provided standard.

  LED Indicators
  
  Red Status LED
  Under normal operating conditions, the red Status LED indicator will remain off. In the event the Spectron Controller detects a malfunction, the red Status LED will indicate the type of fault.
  
  Green Status LED
  The green Status LED serves as both an AC power and a self-test indicator. During normal operation, the green status LED will be constantly illuminated, indicating the presence of AC power. During all automatic or manual self-test cycles, the green Status LED will blink at a 1 cycle per second rate.
  
  Manual Tests
  Using the unit test switch, users can initiate 1, 5, 30 or 60-minute diagnostic/discharge cycles.
