Testing Equipment

The Cellcorder CRT-300 takes the same reliable readings as the CLC-200. The Cellcorder CRT-300 utilizes memory card technology, newly designed resistance and voltage test leads, IR (infrared) and Telco communication, and comes with a hard shell carrying case, AC charger, and data trending and analysis software. An optional IR printer is available.

Cellcorder ® CLC-200 Battery Internal Resistance Tester and Multimeter

The Cellcorder takes float voltage readings and measures both internal cell resistance and intercell resistance.

BPM-100 Battery Performance and Cycle Counting System

The BPM-100 tracks the number of times the battery string supplies power to the load, tracks the duration of each load event, and sounds an alarm if charger voltage or ambient temperature is out of tolerance.

BCT-2000 Battery Capacity Test System

The BCT-2000 tests any size string up to 256 cells, performs constant current capacity and power capacity tests, supports UPS testing using AC load banks, and supports run-down testing using system load.

Continuous Load Unit

These DC load units, which have automatic control and can interface with the BCT-2000, may be used in both constant power or current applications.
