Depending on water quality, the direct fill link can be connected to a standard garden hose, a deionizer, an 8 gallon Aqua Sub Jr. cart or 25 gallon Aqua Sub cart to put water directly into the batteries. The direct fill link has a built-in flow indicator and pressure regulator, reducing pressure down to 10 PSI. It can handle up to 90 PSI from the water source. Water sources with greater pressure should use a brass pressure regulator to reduce incoming pressure.

The DF72 is the standard direct fill link for North America that works with BWT watering systems that have the 09MBLU1 or 09MBLU2 quick connects. It has a built-in flow indicator and pressure regulator that reduces pressure down to 10 PSI.
The DF72G is most often used in Europe. It works with the BWT watering systems that have the 09GRF1 quick connect or BFS watering systems using the 09KUM1 quick connect. It has a built-in flow indicator and pressure regulator that reduces pressure down to 10 PSI.
The DF72F is used with Flow-Rite® watering systems with the 09FUM1 quick connect.It has a built-in flow indicator and pressure regulator that reduces pressure down to 10 PSI.
The DF72H is used with watering systems with the 09HANM-1 quick connect.It has a built-in flow indicator and pressure regulator that reduces pressure down to 10 PSI.
